This website is operated by Willow & Rose London. Wherever you see "we," "us," or "our" in these Terms, that's who we mean. By making this site — along with all the information, tools, and services on it — available to you, we're doing so on the condition that you accept everything set out here.

Simply visiting our website or buying something from us means you're engaging with our Service and agreeing to these Terms of Service ("Terms"), together with any additional policies referenced here or linked from this page.

These Terms bind every user of the site — anyone browsing, buying, selling, or contributing content here.

Read through these Terms before you use the site. Using any part of it means you accept these Terms in full; if you don't agree with them, please don't use the website or our services.

Any new tools or features we roll out are automatically covered by these same Terms. We may update, change, or replace parts of these Terms at any time by posting the revised version here — it's on you to check back periodically, and continuing to use the site after a change means you've accepted it.

Our store runs on Shopify Inc.'s e-commerce platform, which powers the technical side of selling to you.

Section 1 — Using Our Online Store

By agreeing to these Terms, you're confirming you've reached the age of majority where you live, or that a parent or guardian has consented on behalf of a minor dependant using the site.

You agree not to use our products for anything unlawful or unauthorised, and to comply with the laws that apply to you — copyright law included.

Sending worms, viruses, malware, or other destructive code through the site is not allowed.

Breaking any of these rules ends your access to our Services immediately.

Section 2 — General Conditions

We can decline to provide service to anyone, for any reason, at any time.

Content you submit (aside from payment card details) may travel unencrypted across networks and get adapted to fit the technical requirements of different systems or devices. Payment card data, by contrast, is always encrypted in transit.

You're not permitted to copy, resell, duplicate, or otherwise exploit any part of the Service without our written go-ahead.

Section headings in these Terms are there for readability only and don't affect how the Terms are interpreted.

Information on this site is meant as general guidance — treat it as a starting point, not the sole basis for a decision, and check more current or authoritative sources where it matters.

Some products or services may only be available through the website, sometimes in limited quantities, and returns or exchanges on them follow our Return Policy.

We do our best to show accurate product colours and images, but we can't promise your screen will display them exactly as they are.

We may, at our discretion, restrict sales to particular people, regions, or jurisdictions, or cap the quantities available.

Descriptions and prices can change at any time, and we may discontinue a product whenever we choose. Any offer here is void wherever local law prohibits it.

We don't guarantee that products, services, or information will match your expectations, or that every error will get fixed.

We can decline any order for any reason, and we may limit or cancel quantities per person, household, or order — including orders that share an account, payment card, or billing/shipping address.

If we change or cancel your order, we'll try to reach you using the contact details on file.

You agree to keep your account, purchase, and payment details accurate and current, so we can process orders and reach you when needed. See our Return Policy for more on this.

Section 7 — Optional Tools

We may give you access to third-party tools we don't control, monitor, or influence. These are offered "as is" and "as available," without any warranty or endorsement from us, and we carry no liability for your use of them.

Using these tools is entirely your choice and your risk — check the third-party provider's own terms before relying on them.

Any new tools or features we add later are covered by these same Terms.

You confirm your Comments won't infringe anyone's copyright, trademark, privacy, or other rights, won't contain anything unlawful, abusive, or harmful (malware included), and won't be submitted under a false identity. You're solely responsible for what you submit, and we take no responsibility for Comments posted by you or anyone else.

Section 10 — Your Personal Information

Any personal information you give us through the store is handled according to our Privacy Policy — that's where you'll find the details on how we collect, use, and protect it.

Section 11 — Errors and Omissions

Occasionally, something on our site — a product description, a price, a shipping estimate — may contain a mistake. We can correct errors, update information, or cancel an order affected by one, at any time and without notice, even after you've already ordered.

We're not obligated to keep every piece of information current except where the law requires it, and a "last updated" date doesn't mean everything on the page has been reviewed as of that date.

Beyond anything else in these Terms, you may not use the site or its content:

Breaking any of these gets your access to the Service revoked.

We may pull the Service temporarily or permanently, at any time, without notice. Using it — or being unable to — is at your own risk.

Except where we say otherwise, everything we provide comes "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind — including implied ones around merchantability, quality, fitness for purpose, or non-infringement.

Nothing here limits liability where doing so would be unlawful — including for death or injury caused by negligence, fraud, or rights you can't legally sign away under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

To the extent the law allows, Willow & Rose London and its directors, staff, affiliates, and partners won't be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages — lost profits, revenue, or data included — arising from your use of the Service. Where liability can't be excluded entirely, it's capped at whatever the law permits.

Section 14 — Indemnification

You agree to cover Willow & Rose London and our affiliates, directors, staff, and partners against any claim — including reasonable legal costs — arising from your breach of these Terms, your violation of any law, or your infringement of someone else's rights.

Section 15 — Severability

If any part of these Terms turns out to be unenforceable, it'll be enforced as far as the law allows, and the rest of the Terms stay fully in effect.

Section 16 — Termination

Obligations that arose before termination survive it. These Terms stay in force until you or we end them.

You can stop using our Services at any time to end this agreement. If we believe you've broken these Terms, we can end it too, without notice — you'll still owe us for anything outstanding, and we may cut off your access.

Section 17 — Entire Agreement

Not enforcing a right under these Terms once doesn't mean we've waived it going forward.

These Terms, together with our other posted policies, are the whole agreement between you and Willow & Rose London, replacing any earlier discussions or agreements. Ambiguities won't be read against whoever drafted them.

Section 18 — Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

If a dispute comes up, we'll both try to sort it out directly first. If that doesn't work, it goes to the courts of England and Wales.

Nothing here affects your statutory rights as a consumer under UK consumer protection law.

Section 19 — Changes to These Terms

The current version of these Terms always lives on this page. We may update them at our discretion by posting the revised version — check back periodically, since continuing to use the site after a change means you've accepted it.
